Use the password retrieval.
The form is in Swedish, here's a quick translation:
"Användarnamn" means "username"
"...eller e-post" means "...or your e-mail address"
"Skicka återställningslänk" means "Send reset link"

So enter either your username or your e-mail address and then press the "Skicka återställningslänk"-button.
You will be sent an e-mail with a link you need to click. When you click that link, you arrive at a page where there is another "Fortsätt"-button. Click it.
You will receive another e-mail and that e-mail contains your new password!
